My approach is driven by my experience

I can remember very clearly how it felt when my marriage failed and I was suddenly a single mum of two and having to deal with all the financial aspects of life. Due to decisions made by my partner, I had no pension, little savings and was now faced with managing the whole household on my own.

Over the years I have had many conversations with women and some men who have been in a similar position and it has often had a lasting, negative impact on their wellbeing. This is one of the key reasons that I offer Financial Education workshops to company employees, groups and individuals. Having control over your personal finances is the first step to achieving long-term financial wellbeing.

For me, being a financial adviser is all about helping individuals and families to have the knowledge and support to make the right decisions for them. It’s important to give people time to absorb information and make their own decisions - no one wants to be pressured into taking action, even if it is the right thing to do. I want relationships with clients that are built on my understanding their dreams almost as well as they do, so that my advice is always aligned to these goals. My services are always tailored to the individual - some people need support with budgeting to create the circumstances where saving and then investing is possible, others are further along in their journey. It’s about working together to create the relationship that works for you.

Whatever your objectives, we will work to provide you with exactly what you need to achieve these, including regular face-to-face meetings to review where we are and keep us on track.
