I often reflect on what a great privilege it is to be on a journey with so many people as they work towards their dream of a future that offers them security, choice and genuine financial wellbeing.

Everybody’s dream is different, but that moment when it arrives and they know they can retire early, or buy their dream home or go travelling never gets old, because you know how much it means to them and you were with them, crafting the plan, reviewing it regularly and building towards that moment. It gets me up in the mornings - well that and three dogs!

My favourite place to be is the beach near home in North Essex, early on a, preferably bright and sunny, morning with my dogs. It’s the time when I can collect my thoughts and prepare myself for the day.

Outside of work, I am passionate about netball and play twice a week, am on the Chelmsford and District League committee and follow London Pulse in the Super League - and, of course, The Roses in international tournaments.

Having my own business means I can create the client experience I want to see and I am very proud of my team’s record in meeting and exceeding client expectations. We are always looking for ways to add value to what we do, that little bit of ‘wow’ that can make a clients day.

Not a lot of people know…

I’m a sucker for a TV medical drama - Grey's Anatomy, Code Black, New Amsterdam, Chicago Med, ER, I feel pretty confident I am qualified to treat a pneumothorax based on the number I’ve watched!
